Yesterday was my last day in Wales and it was beautiful and sunny. Friday was a bit dull and rainy so I decided not to go out. I did go to the games room though which is in the next block as there is internet access in there. As I went out there was a sheep in the garden (I did say they were everywhere) and when I came back it was on my door step peering in though through the glass door!
A pheasant also came to say hello. (Picture taken through the window).
Before I left I thought I would take a few pictures of the apartment.
On the way back I stopped off for a walk round Ludlow. I haven't been for years. Lovely town, full of really old buildings and little streets and passageways.
Everywhere I look I am surrounded by sheep, and lots and lots of little lambs!
I am staying for the next week at Cwm Chwefru Cottages (pronounced Kum Kweevree apparently) nr Builth Wells in Powis. I am in Jay apartment with a lovely view of the lake. Pictures 1, 2, 5 and 6 in the cottages gallery on the website are taken in my apartment. It was supposed to be a studio but I was upgraded to a one bedroom as there was one empty.
Weather the weekend has been nice and sunny although a bit chilly. No internet (or phone) access but I am in the Lantra Wales office today so am catching up.
I am Jenny (when I was little my dad always called me Jenny Wren) and I enjoy making hand crafted things. Watch this space to see what I am working on.
