Went to Studley car boot on Sunday morning. I picked up 4 packs of 7" wide hessian which will be good for making Christmassy things, a friction torch that I can't figure out how to work, a few books, a crown of rhubarb for £1.50 and some geranium plants in ceramic pots 3 for £2. I also got some lavender plants from Lidl (3 for £5) and 3 hydrangea plants from B&M. Just need to get them all planted now! The decorator was supposed to come on Monday but sent a message to say it would be Tuesday. He came today and made a start but then had to go again and will be back tomorrow to finish. The gardener came and planted two of the hydrangeas and Mark has promised to come on Saturday to help empty the shed. At last things are moving so I have ordered the shed and booked the carpet fitters!!! Inbetween the madness I made 6 tartan napkin rings (on the old machine as I haven't yet sorted the new one). I saw some in a hotel in Scotland last year and thought they looked good so I had a go at making some. They are in my Folksy shop with a few other things I have listed.
